A BILL to amend and reenact §64-9-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Board of Physical Therapy to promulgate a legislative rule relating to fees for athletic trainers.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 9. Authorization for MISCELLANEOUS AGENCIES AND BOARDS to promulgate legislative rules.
§64-9-1. Board of Physical Therapy.
The legislative rule filed in the State Register on September 23, 2019, authorized under the authority of §30-20A-2 of this code, modified by the Board of Physical Therapy to meet the objections of the Legislative Rule-Making Review Committee and refiled in the State Register on November 27, 2019, relating to the Board of Physical Therapy (fees for athletic trainers, 16 CSR 06), is authorized.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Board of Physical Therapy to promulgate a legislative rule relating to fees for athletic trainers.
