A BILL to repeal §19-1-4b of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to the repeal of the authority of the Agriculture Commissioner to increase certain fees by rules or regulations.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 1. DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE
§1. Repeal of section creating Authority of commissioner to increase certain fees by rules or regulations.
That §19-1-4b of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, is repealed.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to repeal the authority of the Agriculture Commissioner to increase certain fees by rules or regulations.
