A BILL to repeal §61-3-36 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to the anchoring or beaching of shanty boats on lands of another.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
§1. Repeal of section creating the offense of anchoring or beaching of shanty boats on lands of another without permission.
That §61-3-36 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, is repealed.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to repeal the section of the Code creating the offense of anchoring or beaching of shanty boats on lands of another without permission.
