A BILL to repeal §31C-2-8 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to removing the tax exemption for credit unions.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 2. Formation of credit union.
§1. Repeal of section creating Tax Exemption for Credit Unions.
That §31C-2-8 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, is repealed.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to repeal the tax exemption for credit unions.
