A BILL to amend and reenact §64-6-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the State Fire Commission to promulgate a legislative rule relating to electrician licensing.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 6. Authorization for Department of Military Affairs and Public safety to promulgate legislative rules.
§64-6-1. State Fire Commission.
The legislative rule filed in the State Register on July 25, 2017, authorized under the authority of §29-3B-5 of this code, modified by the State Fire Commission to meet the objections of the Legislative Rule-making Review Committee and refiled in the State Register on December 13, 2017, relating to the State Fire Commission (electrician licensing, 87 CSR 2), is authorized.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the State Fire Commission to promulgate a legislative rule relating to electrician licensing.
