A BILL to amend and reenact §64-9-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Board of Examiners for Registered Professional Nurses to promulgate a legislative rule relating to policies, standards, and criteria for the evaluation and accreditation of colleges, departments, or schools of nursing.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 9. Authorization for Miscellaneous Agencies and boards to promulgate legislative rules.
§64-9-1. Registered Professional Nurses.
The legislative rule filed in the State Register on July 26, 2018, authorized under the authority of §30-7-4 of this code, modified by the Registered Professional Nurses to meet the objections of the Legislative Rule-Making Review Committee and refiled in the State Register on November 29, 2018, relating to the Registered Professional Nurses (policies, standards, and criteria for the evaluation and accreditation of colleges, departments, or schools of nursing, 19 CSR 1), is authorized.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Registered Professional Nurses to promulgate a legislative rule relating to policies, standards, and criteria for the evaluation and accreditation of colleges, departments, or schools of nursing.
