A BILL to amend and reenact §64-9-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Board of Respiratory Care to promulgate a legislative rule relating to criteria for licensure.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 9. Authorization for miscellaneous agencies and boards to promulgate legislative rules.
§64-9-1. Board of Respiratory Care.
The legislative rule filed in the State Register on August 26, 2020, authorized under the authority of §30-34-6 of this code, modified by the Board of Respiratory Care to meet the objections of the Legislative Rule-Making Review Committee and refiled in the State Register on November 17, 2020, relating to the Board of Respiratory Care (criteria for licensure, 30 CSR 01), is authorized.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Board of Respiratory Care to promulgate a legislative rule relating to criteria for licensure.
