A BILL to amend and reenact §64-9-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Board of Veterinary Medicine to promulgate a legislative rule relating to organization and operation and licensing of veterinarians.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 9. Authorization for MISCELLANEOUS AGENCIES AND BOARDS to promulgate legislative rules.
§64-9-1. Board of Veterinary Medicine.
The legislative rule filed in the State Register on July 18, 2017, authorized under the authority of §30-10-6 of this code, modified by the Board of Veterinary Medicine to meet the objections of the Legislative Rule-making Review Committee and refiled in the State Register on August 29, 2017, relating to the Board of Veterinary Medicine (organization and operation and licensing of veterinarians, 26 CSR 1), is authorized.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Board of Veterinary Medicine to promulgate a legislative rule relating to organization and operation and licensing of veterinarians.
