A BILL to amend and reenact §64-10-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Division of Labor to promulgate a legislative rule relating to registration of service persons and service agencies.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 10. Authorization for Department of Commerce to promulgate legislative rules.
§64-10-1. Division of Labor.
The legislative rule filed in the State Register on July 27, 2017, authorized under the authority of §47-1-3 of this code, relating to the Division of Labor (registration of service persons and service agencies, 42 CSR 35), is authorized.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Division of Labor to promulgate a legislative rule relating to registration of service persons and service agencies.
