A BILL to amend and reenact §64-8-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Department of Transportation to promulgate a legislative rule relating to employment procedures.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 8. Authorization for Department of Transportation to promulgate legislative rules.
§64-8-1. Department of Transportation.
The legislative rule filed in the State Register on July 30, 2021, authorized under the authority of §5F-2-8 of this code, modified by the Department of Transportation to meet the objections of the Legislative Rule-Making Review Committee and refiled in the State Register on January 3, 2022, relating to the Department of Transportation (Employment Procedures , 217 CSR 01), is authorized.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Department of Transportation to promulgate a legislative rule relating to Employment Procedures.
