A BILL to amend and reenact §64-9-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Secretary of State to promulgate a legislative rule relating to real property electronic recording standards and regulations.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 9. Authorization for miscellanous agencies and boards to promulgate legislative rules.
§64-9-1. Secretary of State.
The legislative rule filed in the State Register on July 30, 2021, authorized under the authority of §39A-4-4 of this code, relating to the Secretary of State (Real Property Electronic Recording Standards and Regulations, 153 CSR 48), is authorized.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Secretary of State to promulgate a legislative rule relating to Real Property Electronic Recording Standards and Regulations.
