A BILL to amend and reenact §64-9-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Treasurer to promulgate a legislative rule relating to selection of state depositories for disbursement accounts through competitive bidding.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 9. Authorization for miscellanous agencies and boards to promulgate legislative rules.
§64-9-1. Treasurer.
The legislative rule filed in the State Register on May 6, 2021, authorized under the authority of §12-1-2 of this code, relating to the Treasurer (Selection of State Depositories for Disbursement Accounts Through Competitive Bidding, 112 CSR 06), is authorized.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Treasurer to promulgate a legislative rule relating to Selection of State Depositories for Disbursement Accounts Through Competitive Bidding.
