A BILL to amend and reenact §64-9-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Secretary of State to promulgate a legislative rule relating to Combined Voter Registration and Driver's Licensing Fund.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 9. Authorization for Secretary of State to promulgate legislative rules.
§64-9-1. Secretary of State.
The legislative rule filed in the State Register on July 29, 2022, authorized under the authority of §3-1A-6 of this code, modified by the Secretary of State to meet the objections of the Legislative Rule-Making Review Committee and refiled in the State Register on November 10, 2022, relating to the Secretary of State (Combined Voter Registration and Driver Licensing Fund, 153 CSR 25), is authorized.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Secretary of State to promulgate a legislative rule relating to Combined Voter Registration and Driver Licensing Fund.
