A BILL to amend and reenact §64-9-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Board of Osteopathic Medicine to promulgate a legislative rule relating to waiver of initial licensing fees for certain initial licensure applicants.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 9. Authorization for miscellaneous agencies and boards to promulgate legislative rules.
§64-9-1. Board of Osteopathic Medicine.
The legislative rule filed in the State Register on July 30, 2019, authorized under the authority of §30-1-23 of this code, modified by the Board of Osteopathic Medicine to meet the objections of the Legislative Rule-Making Review Committee and refiled in the State Register on November 14, 2019, relating to the Board of Osteopathic Medicine (waiver of initial licensing fees for certain initial licensure applicants, 24 CSR 08), is authorized.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Board of Osteopathic Medicine to promulgate a legislative rule relating to waiver of initial licensing fees for certain initial licensure applicants.
