A BILL to amend and reenact §8-29-6 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to allowing members of regional airport boards to be residents of the municipality or county in which the airport is located.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 29. INTERGOVERNMENTAL RELATIONS -- REGIONAL AIRPORTS.
§8-29-6. Qualification of members.
All mMembers of the board of each authority shall may be residents of either the municipality or county which said the members represent.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to allow member of airport authorities to be residents of the municipality or county in which the airport is located.
