A BILL to amend and reenact §64-8-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Multimodal Transportation Faculties to promulgate a legislative rule relating to valuation of used rolling stock and equipment.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

ARTICLE 8. Authorization for Department of transportation to promulgate legislative rules.

§64-8-1. Multimodal Transportation Faculties.

The legislative rule filed in the State Register on July 28, 2023, authorized under the authority of §17-16F-5 of this code, modified by the Multimodal Transportation Faculties to meet the objections of the Legislative Rule-Making Review Committee and refiled in the State Register on September 29, 2023, relating to the Multimodal Transportation Faculties (valuation of used rolling stock and equipment, 220 CSR 01), is authorized.

 

NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Multimodal Transportation Faculties to promulgate a legislative rule relating to valuation of used rolling stock and equipment.
