Criminal sex offenders, Legislature by local law authorized to prohibit residing in same residence and provide that no more than one adult criminal sex offender may reside in an apartment complex unless there is a distance of 100 yards or more between residences, civil penalties, Sec. 15-20-26 am'd.; Act 2009-558, 2009 Reg.
