Page 1, line 6, strike "$17,056,851" insert "$11,264,625"

Line 9, after "The" insert "commission may use $100,000 of the monies each fiscal year to administer this section, including the reporting requirements prescribed in subsection C of this section.  The remaining"

Between lines 30 and 31, insert:

"3.  Supplement and not supplant monies otherwise available for alternative prosecution and diversion programs."

Line 33, after "monies" insert "and the outcomes obtained by the alternative prosecution and diversion programs"; after the period insert "On request by the commission, each county attorney shall provide information reasonably necessary to complete the reports."
