Page 1, strike lines 26 and 27, insert "that is filed within thirty days after its due date.  Beginning on the THIRTY-first day, the filing officer shall not accept a campaign finance report unless any penalties owed as a result of this section or any penalties imposed pursuant to section 16-924 are paid with the report."
