FLOOR AMENDMENT EXPLANATION
The Landrum Taylor floor amendment changes the window of allowable dispensing of medication to within 14 days after the employee first seeks treatment for the injury. It also increases the allowable amount of medication that can be dispensed to an aggregate 30-day supply.
