AN ACT
Amending section 11‑296, Arizona Revised Statutes; relating to county regulations.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Section 11-296, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended to read:
11-296. Record of indigent care
A. The contractor, or the person in charge, shall keep an accurate written account of:
1. The names of all persons admitted into the hospital.
2. The date of admission.
3. Their disease or affliction.
4. The number of days they remain.
5. The date of their discharge, or death.
B. A verified statement containing the information required by subsection A of this section, shall be filed by the contractor quarterly with the board, and he the contractor shall not be paid for any services until he the contractor has complied with this section.
