AN ACT

 

amending title 12, chapter 5, article 2, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 12‑530; relating to limitations of actions.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Title 12, chapter 5, article 2, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 12-530, to read:

START_STATUTE12-530.  Home inspector liability; two year limitation

A homeowner who has a cause of action for damages against a home inspector who is certified pursuant to title 32, chapter 1 shall commence the action within two years after the cause of action accrues. END_STATUTE
