AN ACT
amending title 41, chapter 46, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 41‑4605; relating to governmental reporting of information.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 41, chapter 46, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 41-4605, to read:
41-4605. Reports; electronic submission; posting
A. Notwithstanding any other law, state government may submit all statutorily required reports and budget estimates electronically.
B. Each state government shall post all statutorily required reports and budget estimates on the state government's website.
C. Each state government shall consult with the secretary of state to ensure that the Arizona state library, archives and public records receives an adequate number of copies of the statutorily required reports and budget estimates in a format that is agreed on for the purposes of the state archives pursuant to section 41‑151.08.
