AN ACT
Requiring the attorney general to work to reverse the federal policy that requires arizona peace officers to disarm before entering a federal facility.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Attorney general; formal complaint on the federal policy that requires Arizona peace officers to disarm
The Arizona attorney general shall file a formal complaint with the United States attorney general and work to reverse the federal policy that requires sworn Arizona peace officers to disarm before entering a federal facility.
