AN ACT

 

Appropriating monies to the state DEPARTMENT of corrections.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Appropriation; state department of corrections; food service contract

In addition to any other appropriations made in fiscal year 2020‑2021, the sum of $3,080,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2020-2021 to the state department of corrections for the food service contract.
