AN ACT

 

Amending Title 26, chapter 1, article 3, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 26-179.01; relating to the National Guard.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Title 26, chapter 1, article 3, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 26-179.01, to read:

START_STATUTE26-179.01.  Reduced tuition; eligibility

A member of the Arizona national guard is eligible to attend any public institution of higher education in this state at the same tuition rate as an employee of that institution if the member has exhausted the member's benefit under 38 United States Code sections 3100 through 3122 or sections 3301 through 3325. END_STATUTE
