AN ACT

 

Amending title 41, chapter 1, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 41‑115; relating to illegal substance education.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Title 41, chapter 1, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 41-115, to read:

START_STATUTE41-115.  Education; federally defined illegal substances

The governor's office of youth, faith and family may partner with local education agencies to teach children the dangers of federally defined illegal substances. END_STATUTE
