AN ACT
appropriating monies to the department of revenue.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Appropriation; department of revenue; independent study; transaction privilege tax reporting
The sum of $75,000 is appropriated from the residential contractors' recovery fund established by section 32‑1132, Arizona Revised Statutes, in fiscal year 2018-2019 to the department of revenue for an independent study of the rate of noncompliance with section 42‑5075, Arizona Revised Statutes, by persons who are subject to the prime contracting classification of the transaction privilege tax.
