AN ACT

 

Repealing Laws 1998, chapter 255, section 17, as amended by Laws 2003, chapter 216, section 1; relating to insurance continuing education.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Repeal

Laws 1998, chapter 255, section 17, as amended by Laws 2003, chapter 216, section 1, is repealed.

Sec. 2.  Emergency

This act is an emergency measure that is necessary to preserve the public peace, health or safety and is operative immediately as provided by law.
