AN ACT
amending Title 41, chapter 6, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 41-1001.03; relating to state government.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 41, chapter 6, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 41-1001.03, to read:
41-1001.03. Tribal consultation; duty of state agencies
An agency shall notify and consult with Indian tribes when considering activities that might affect tribal rights and claims to any natural resource.
