An Act
appropriating monies to the Arizona health care cost containment system.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Appropriations; Arizona health care cost containment system administration; reimbursement rates; intent
A. The sums of $1,300,000 from the state general fund and $2,400,000 in expenditure authority are appropriated in fiscal year 2024-2025 to the Arizona health care cost containment system administration to increase reimbursement rates for neonatologists and perinatologists.
B. The legislature intends that the appropriations made in subsection A of this section be considered ongoing funding in future years.
