A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
proposing an amendment to the Constitution of Arizona; amending article VII, section 16, CONSTITUTION of Arizona; relating to campaign CONTRIBUTIONS and EXPENDITURES.

Be it resolved by the House of Representatives of the State of Arizona, the Senate concurring:
1. Article VII, section 16, Constitution of Arizona, is proposed to be amended as follows if approved by the voters and on proclamation of the Governor:
16. Campaign contributions and expenditures; publicity
Section 16. A. The legislature, at its first session, shall enact a law providing for a general publicity, before and after election, of all campaign contributions to, and expenditures of campaign committees and candidates for public office.
B. A person may not act as a conduit for a contribution to a candidate or candidate's committee.
2. The Secretary of State shall submit this proposition to the voters at the next general election as provided by article XXI, Constitution of Arizona.
