AN ACT
amending title 13, chapter 34, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 13‑3423; relating to drug offenses.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 13, chapter 34, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 13-3423, to read:
13-3423. Unlawful medical marijuana information; classification; definitions
A. A listing or menu service that displays the contact information for or product lines of a nonprofit medical marijuana dispensary without verifying that the nonprofit medical marijuana dispensary has a registration certificate or that displays a physical address for a nonprofit medical marijuana dispensary that is different than the address listed on the nonprofit medical marijuana dispensary's registration certificate is guilty of a class 6 felony and shall pay a fine of not less than ten thousand dollars for each violation.
B. For the purposes of this section:
1. "Listing or menu service" means a person or entity that maintains a corporate office in this state or has more than two employees in this state and that publishes for monetary compensation the contact information of a nonprofit medical marijuana dispensary and any of the dispensary's product lines.
2. "Nonprofit medical marijuana dispensary" has the same meaning prescribed in section 36-2801.
