AN ACT

 

amending section 10‑3204, Arizona Revised Statutes; repealing title 12, chapter 16, Arizona Revised Statutes; relating to the uniform contribution among tortfeasors act.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Section 10-3204, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended to read:

START_STATUTE10-3204.  Liability for noncorporate transactions

All persons purporting to act as or on behalf of a corporation with actual knowledge that no corporation exists under chapters 24 through 40 of this title are jointly and severally liable to the extent not precluded by section 12‑2506 for all liabilities created while so acting. END_STATUTE

Sec. 2.  Repeal

Title 12, chapter 16, Arizona Revised Statutes, is repealed.
