AN ACT
appropriating monies to the department of administration.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Appropriation; department of administration; retirement of lease-purchase agreements
The sum of $190,000,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2019-2020 to the department of administration to retire the lease-purchase agreements entered into pursuant to Laws 2010, sixth special session, chapter 4, section 2.
