amending section 11-640, Arizona Revised Statutes; relating to claims and warrants.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Section 11-640, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended to read:

START_STATUTE11-640.  Record of interest paid

When the treasurer pays a warrant on which interest is due, he the treasurer shall record the amount of interest paid in the register or call warrant list. The amount of such the interest shall be entered on his the account separate from the principal. END_STATUTE
