AN ACT

 

Providing for a monument honoring Cesar Chavez in Wesley Bolin plaza.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Cesar Chavez monument; procedures; delayed repeal

A.  Pursuant to section 41-1363, subsection A, Arizona Revised Statutes, this act authorizes the department of administration to provide for the placement of a monument honoring Cesar Chavez in the Wesley Bolin plaza.

B.  The procedures and other requirements prescribed in section 41‑1363, subsections B through F, Arizona Revised Statutes, apply to the establishment and maintenance of the monument.

C.  This section is repealed from and after September 30, 2014.
