AN ACT
amending Title 5, chapter 3, article 4, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 5-337; relating to watercraft.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 5, chapter 3, article 4, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 5-337, to read:
5-337. Audible sound devices
Every power‑driven watercraft shall be equipped with a functional device that produces sound that is audible for at least one‑half nautical mile. A human voice does not meet the requirements of this section.
