AN ACT
amending title 13, chapter 37, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 13-3729; relating to cliff jumping.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 13, chapter 37, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 13-3729, to read:
13-3729. Unlawful cliff or rock formation jumping; classification
A. A person shall not knowingly jump or dive from ten feet or higher off a cliff or rock formation into a lake or stream that is located in any public park or state land area or on any private property without the permission of the landowner.
B. A person who violates this section is guilty of a class 2 misdemeanor.
Sec. 2. Short title
Section 13-3729, Arizona Revised Statutes, as added by this act, may be cited as "Richard's Law".
