amending title 15, chapter 7, article 4, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 15-773.01; relating to special education for exceptional children.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Title 15, chapter 7, article 4, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 15-773.01, to read:

START_STATUTE15-773.01. Parental rights; children with disabilities; body camera

Notwithstanding any other law, the parent of a child with a disability may use a body camera that the parent harnesses to the chest of the child with a disability to ensure that the child with a disability is properly treated and is safe and healthy while at school.  END_STATUTE
