An act relating to COVID-19 relief.

AB 1207, as introduced, Luz Rivas. COVID-19 relief: state processes.
Existing law establishes various programs aimed at providing relief to those impacted by the COVID-19 crisis, including, among others, the COVID-19 Small Landlord and Homeowner Relief Act of 2020.
This bill would state the intent of the Legislature to enact legislation relating to streamlining state processes to help recover from the COVID-19 crisis.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:


SECTION 1.

 It is the intent of the Legislature to enact legislation relating to streamlining state processes to help recover from the COVID-19 crisis.
