An act to amend Section 3500.5 of the Government Code, relating to public employment.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:

SECTION 1.

 Section 3500.5 of the Government Code is amended to read:

3500.5.

 This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the “Meyers-Milias-Brown Act.”
