CALIFORNIA LEGISLATURE—
2023–2024 REGULAR SESSION
Assembly Bill
No. 2489
Introduced by Assembly Member Ward |
February 13, 2024 |
An act to amend Section 31000 of the Government Code, relating to local government.
LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST
AB 2489, as introduced, Ward.
Special services contracts.
Existing law authorizes a county board of supervisors to contract for special services on behalf of the county, any county officer or department, or any district or court in the county.
This bill would make nonsubstantive changes to that provision.
