An act to amend Section 76004 of the Public Resources Code, relating to energy.

LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST

AB 2600, as introduced, Calderon. Energy: fluorinated refrigerants.

Existing law requires the State Energy Resources Conservation and Development Commission to identify opportunities to assess the energy efficiency performance for low-global warming potential alternatives for current fluorinated-gas-based appliances and equipment.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:

SECTION 1.

 Section 76004 of the Public Resources Code is amended to read:
