AB 434, as introduced, DeMaio. Construction and safety standards: battery storage facilities.

The State Building Standards Law requires the State Building Standards Commission to establish standards for the construction of buildings in the state.

This bill would state intent of the Legislature to enact subsequent legislation regulating the construction and safety of battery storage facilities.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:

SECTION 1.

 It is the intent of the Legislature to enact subsequent legislation regulating the construction and safety of battery storage facilities.
