An act to amend Section 6104 of the Public Resources Code, relating to state lands.

AB 930, as introduced, Travis Allen. State Lands Commission: meetings.
Existing law establishes the State Lands Commission and prescribes the functions and duties of the commission with regard to the control and administration of state lands. Existing law requires the commission to meet, upon due notice to all members thereof, at those times and places within the state as are deemed necessary by it for the transaction of its business.
This bill would make nonsubstantive changes in those provisions governing commission meetings.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:


SECTION 1.

 Section 6104 of the Public Resources Code is amended to read:

6104.
 The commission shall meet, upon due notice to all members thereof, its members, at such those times and places within the State as are deemed state deemed necessary by it the commission for the proper transaction of the business committed to it. its business.
