An act relating to state government.


LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST


SB 1387, as introduced, Limón. Governor: appointments.
Existing law requires the Governor to appoint, subject to Senate confirmation, various executive officers in state government, including the Director of Technology who supervises the Department of Technology and reports directly to the Governor on issues relating to information technology.
This bill would state the intent of the Legislature to enact legislation that would relate to appointments made by the Governor.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:


SECTION 1.

 It is the intent of the Legislature to enact legislation that would relate to appointments made by the Governor.
