An act relating to natural resources.

LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST

SB 939, as introduced, Umberg. Natural resources.

Existing law declares that resource conservation is of fundamental importance to the prosperity and welfare of the people of this state, and provides for the formation and powers of resource conservation districts.

This bill would declare the intent of the Legislature to enact subsequent legislation relating to natural resources.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:
