Summary
Concerning a requirement that certain statewide commissioners be elected at a general election, and, in connection therewith, requiring the election of the commissioner of insurance, the commissioners of the air quality control commission, the voting commissioners of the oil and gas conservation commission, and the commissioners of the public utilities commission and requiring that elected commissioners of the air quality control commission and public utilities commission commit to prioritizing energy reliability and reducing consumer costs as part of their oaths of office upon election.
