Summary

To modify a licensing exemption by allowing certain persons, under the direction of a properly licensed solar contractor, to perform work limited to (1) uncrating, hoisting and job site distribution of solar collectors, photovoltaic panels, towers or turbines, (2) pile driving, (3) concrete form work, and (4) installation of ground screw supports and racking systems.
